is it the eye or the look?

i cant forget the way the eyes looked at me while we were conversing. it is hard to describe. it's the kind that u cant seem to let go off yet at the same time too powerful to hold. and now its stuck in my memory drive. and i just cant help to wonder if its just me or is the same with everyone who looks into it.
